Grace Being is a certified mindset coach providing people with tools and intuitive guidance to help them free themselves from their minds and find their inner strength. Her philosophy is "Unlearn what you have learned and set yourself free". After 10 years of abusive relationships and unfulfilling jobs, she decided to work on the relationship with herself to improve the quality of her life.

Thanks to a great deal of inner work and spiritual growth, she was able to do a 180 in her life as she realized that her thoughts, emotions, and actions were creating her reality. Once she let go of her limiting beliefs and shifted her mindset, her life shifted. She is now paying it forward by helping others break free from their limiting beliefs and create meaningful lives.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

I’m Grace Being, a certified mindset coach. I’m on a mission to help people free themselves from their minds and create a life that they love. I do this through my blog, workshops and coaching sessions.

How did you get started?

I started after shedding false beliefs about myself following my spiritual awakening about 2 years ago. Being able to connect with my spiritual self and the universe, I found an inner strength that kept me going and fuelled me to overcome any obstacle I faced. Having trust and faith was key to getting to where I’m at!

What Inspired the work you’re doing?

My personal experience inspired me to embark on this journey of helping others. I managed to break free from abusive relationships, left my unfulfilling job, and built a life that brings me joy and fulfillment. I did this based on following my intuition and paying attention to my emotions. I am now paying it forward and passing on to others what I have learned to help them transform their life.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

I feel blessed and humbled to live my passion and purpose. They are both connected as I’m passionate about personal development and spirituality. And my purpose is to help others find their inner strength and wake up to who they really are. So in my practice, I combine specific techniques that encourage personal development and spiritual growth to help people overcome the limitations they set on themselves.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

Fulfilling my life purpose is definitely my joy blueprint. When I see others progressing and growing, I feel tremendous joy and fulfilment, it raises my vibration. Apart from that, being connected to my loved ones, meditating in nature, music, and exploring new places are key elements that make me feel alive and joyful.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

I start each day by setting an intention to do the best I can and to use my time wisely. I meditate every morning and remind myself of three things I am grateful for. Meditating every morning helps me stay mindful and grounded in the present moment. It sets the tone for the day. Journaling and spending time in nature by myself are also powerful practices that help me get clarity and listen to my intuition.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self would not have been able to wrap her head around who I’ve become and what I’m doing. She was a fearful anxious girl who did not believe in herself and was driven by fear. I am grateful for every experience that I had, no matter how painful it was, because it made me grow and it got me to where I’m at. It also gave me the opportunity to experience two different realities opposite of each other. This helped me understand that to know light and appreciate it, you must first know darkness.

My transformation helped me prove to myself that everything I believed to be true when I was younger, was actually an illusion. When I found my inner strength and realized that my thoughts and beliefs were creating my reality, that’s when everything changed.

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

Silence is my preferred mantra! When I focus on the absence of sound, I find it easier to become more silent and still within.

What is your biggest dream?

I’m blessed to say that I am slowly manifesting my biggest dream. I’ve always dreamed of being free and able to travel the world with a loved one while doing what I love to do and following my passion and purpose. And that’s precisely what I’m doing. My next big goal and dream is to reach and help millions of people to become more conscious of who they are. I want to make a difference in their life and help them achieve their biggest dreams, no matter how impossible they might seem!
