Diana Cole is a spirit translator, thought leader, and author. Passionate about spirit guidance, she is committed to teaching people how to access it for themselves so they may find freedom from pain and limitation and live a life of abundance, fun, and inspiration. Diana offers her empowering tools for spirit guidance in group settings, speaking engagements, live workshops, and through her vibrant Instagram and Facebook communities. She is the author of “Spirit Translator: Seven Truths for Creating Well-Being and Connecting With Spirit” (St. Martin’s Press, August 2020) and coauthor of “Pillars of Success” (August 2020) with Jack Canfield. Diana’s first children’s book, “Alina the Positive Thought Warrior” is due to be released at the end of 2020.

The daughter of a prominent figure in the New Age movement in the San Francisco Bay Area, Diana’s exposure and study with some of the most notable figures in self-help is her foundation. Her early career was born from a desire to lead others out of pain. Through rehabilitation of a back injury, she was inspired to create and teach her own methods for becoming pain-free. Through her gift of communicating and channeling the spirit world, Diana was given clues to apply similar methods to her own life to cure pain of everyday emotional trauma.

Today, through her Spirit Translation Readings, her vibrant online community, speaking engagements, and live workshops, she guides individuals and groups to heal through channeling, positive thought patterning, and meditation.

I’m so excited for you to connect with Diana, check out her work and new book, and follow along as she continues to deliver spirit wisdom so that you can live a delicious life.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

Hi. I’m Diana Cole, bestselling author and Spirit Translator. I download messages from spirit and bring invisible wisdom forward so that people will find relief and happiness in their lives.  Right now I am building programs, based on my book, Spirit Translator, to help my readers dive deeper into how to improve their lives.

How did you get started?

I lived through years of both emotional and physical pain that brought me to such a low place that I turned to what I learned as a child. I grew up the daughter of a leader in the New Age Movement in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1960s and 1970s. I was exposed to meditation, talking to my spirit guide and healing from as early as I can remember.  When my life got so tough I couldn’t find a way out, I began communicating with spirit wisdom, the invisible energy that is here for us, that can heal us and help us. I followed all the advice I was given and my life changed quickly and miraculously.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

When I saw the amazing changes in my own life, I knew that I had to share this wisdom with everyone. This information was not just for me, it was for everyone, so I decided to share it all with as many people as I can to help them live better lives. My first step was writing Spirit Translator.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is introducing people to the concept of tapping into divine wisdom to change their lives and help them feel like they are living in their purpose.  My purpose is teaching the Seven Truths in Spirit Translator and helping people connect with their own guidance.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

My joy blueprint is about remembering that each moment can be delicious. Meaning that joy is about enjoying each moment not waiting to find joy in future moments. I am the most lit up when I am conscious of doing something that I love. Living in those moments for as long as possible light me up and I believe can light everyone up.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

For me, living intentionally is about quieting the noise. Turning off the TV, my phone, anything that distracts me.  I get the most clarity and the most healing from listening in the stillness. I carve out space for myself when I can be quiet and I meditate regularly. I hear from people that trying to find time to meditate is tough and I understand that,  so I teach that you can find a place that serves as well as meditation in doing something that you love. For example going on a run, painting, even petting your dog. Being conscious in the moments that are enjoyable, talking to yourself about how much you love what you are experiencing is grounding and healing.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self would be so proud that I was able to overcome hardship and turn it into a mission to help as many people as possible. She would be excited about growing up!

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

I remind myself everyday how lucky I am to be here, now. Life is a gift, not a right and I practice what I preach --meaning that living in your full power is a practice, not something you gain at the end of a hard battle. I have many affirmations or as I call them declarations that I state on a daily basis.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is that I can reach more to help them get out of pain and live a more powerful life full of joy.
