Moving from behind the lights to behind the scenes she saw how women were struggling with their health as they moved into their 40s and beyond. She took her expertise as an athlete and teamed up with a nurse and nutritionist to develop a method that could work for every woman. The 4M Method has helped women all across the country keep accountable and achieve their goals.

I’m so excited for you to connect with Gina, check out her work, and follow along as she continues to help women get their happiness and control back, life a life they love, and achieve their goals.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

My name is Gina Capecci Adams and I am currently an Entertainment Executive in Las Vegas. I am also co- founder of COMMAND your CROWN a health and weight loss community to help women achieve their goals.

How did you get started?

Once I moved from actively dancing & choreographing to producing and spending more time behind a desk, the weight began to sneak up on me! I decided I needed to do something about it! I was commiserating with two friends ( my co- founders) . We had all tried every program under the sun to lose weight with no success. With backgrounds as an athlete ( me!), a nurse and a naturopath, we decided to develop our own program. We call it the 4 M Method: motivation, movement, meals & mindset. We know you need to address all these components to have success. It takes 21 days to change a habit so we made it a four week challenge initially. The three of us started together and all had great results.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

As we got great results for ourselves, others began noticing and asking what we were doing and could they join? We started to work  with other women and as they too got great results, it inspired us to make this available to all ladies that want to improve their health & lose weight.

I actually had such drastic improvement in my annual blood work results 3 months after starting, my Dr. asked us to do a presentation for her patients! This is a HUGE passion project for the three of us as well as a business venture.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

Right now it’s COMMAND your CROWN, meeting and working with the amazing ladies I’ve met from all over the country. I absolutely feel I’m living my passion. What started as something to solve our own issues, has grown into a passion project and business. Who knew? Sometimes when you follow your heart and take a chance wonderful things happen!

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

Creating is my blueprint for happiness! Creating an entertainment product, creating a better lifestyle, creating and nurturing new relationships, creating new meal ideas, creating ways to inspire ladies to get moving... shall I go on? Being creative and helpful to others makes me feel most alive.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

Each day when I wake I think of three things I’m grateful for before putting my feet on the floor! You cannot believe how that simple exercise helps get your day off to a positive start. I walk every day for at least 30 minutes and use a fitness tracker to help me keep count of my steps. I use that walk time to reset, focus on what I want to accomplish, and make short term goals. Little wins add up quickly to big success.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

I think she’d be very surprised but proud! I was always a skinny Minnie, I would never have thought I’d be in a position needing to lose weight! She’d be really proud that I got after it and did something positive, not only for me but for others as well!

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

You CAN do it! Whatever IT is. & Your best REvenge? A kick ass life.

What is your biggest dream?

To be able to help women all over the country to achieve their goals and live their best life.
