Marla Goldberrg is an Energy Healer, Intuitive, Speaker, Teacher, International Best Selling Author, and Host of Guided Spirit Conversations podcast.

Her mission and purpose in life is to inspire, motivate and educate her clients and all that she connects with through her books and podcast, through the use of her tools and techniques to help them enhance or shift their life circumstances.

Marla began her spiritual journey during a very difficult time in her life she was forced to evaluate her choices and what direction her life was taking.

During this time of evaluation, she serendipitously met her first teacher at a women’s conference.  As Marla sat through her presentation, she resonated with everything that she said. By the time her talk was completed Marla knew that she would be attending her school.

During her three years of attendance at Inner Focus Mystery School, she was trained in 14 different healing techniques.  Following my graduation of Inner Focus, she continued her education by learning additional techniques.  To date, Marla has been trained in over 20 healing modalities.

In addition to her practice with clients, Marla is a contributing author in 2 best selling books, one becoming and International best seller.  She has also authored her first solo writing endeavor: My F*cking Long Journey to Loving Myself: A Guide to a Shorter Path.  Marla also host a podcast, Guided Spirit Conversations.

I’m so excited for you guys to connect with Marla, check out her work, and follow along as she continues to use the power of gratitude to help others in their healing.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

My name is Marla Goldberrg and I’m an Energy Healer, Intuitive, Speaker, Best Selling-Author, and Host of Guided Spirit Conversations.

In addition to my private practice and my podcast, Guided Spirit Conversations, I’m working on an online summit for 2020 and a live summit for 2021. Also, I am in the process of producing an online book event for my book, My F*cking Long Journey To Loving Myself: A Guide to a Shorter Path, and an online course, focused on releasing, forgiveness, self-acceptance and self-love.

How did you get started?

I started down my spiritual path about 16 years ago when my life hit rock bottom. I was lost and felt like a deer in headlights. I heard about a women’s conference, and when I looked up the speakers’ topics, there was one that was about healing yourself.

When I saw that I was drawn to that talk. I reasoned to myself that nothing that I had done in the past helped me, maybe learning how to heal myself would be the way to go.  I went to the conference and as I was waiting for that lecture to begin I came across a table that the speaker was selling her CDs. We spoke at length. I loved her energy and what she shared.

When her talk began, I resonated with what she was sharing. By the end of her talk I had committed to attending a one-day informational gathering and I went the following week to her event. A lot of what she was sharing I had a hard time wrapping my mind around, but a voice in my head kept saying, “Nothing else has worked, what do you have to lose?”  At the end of the day, she announced that she was offering a four-day basic class. My hand flew into the air, though I had no idea what I was really signing up for.

During the first morning of the first day of the basic class I had my first realized psychic experience. It was exhilarating and exciting. I continued on my path of study with this teacher and three years later I graduated being trained in fourteen healing modalities.

I never thought I would put myself out there as a healer, until one morning I was awakened by a loud booming voice telling me I had to start a practice and to begin helping others. The guidance was from my High Self and I listened, started a practice, but in addition, learned many more techniques that help others. I started a podcast called Guided Spirit Conversations, participated in three best-selling compilation books and launched my solo writing endeavor this past year.  The book is called My F*cking Long Journey To Loving Myself: A Guide to a Shorter Path.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

Spirit initially inspired me, but I am inspired daily by all the amazing experiences I have been blessed to have, and the people that I meet. My goal is to help raise consciousness and to help others live the life that is in their divine right to live.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is the life I’m leading today. It is a 180 degree shift from my life prior to walking down my spiritual path.

I feel I live a very purpose-filled and passionate life. If through any of my endeavors I am able to help someone shift, tweak or enhance their life’s experience, then I feel like I have achieved some of what I’m here to accomplish.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

My joy blueprint is Gratitude. I have found that being grateful for absolutely everything in my life is helpful, even the things that aren’t fun or that just plain suck, as everything is a stepping stone to growth and learning.

Being of service brings me joy and satisfaction, but so does dancing and singing, or spending time with my husband.  There are so many wonderful things that brings me joy that it’s hard to really sum it up in a short statement.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

Living intentionally for me is living in awareness. I work consistently on being aware of my thoughts, words and projections. Sometimes as a human I too fall off the tracks.  When I do, I say “Clear delete” three times. There are some days that this seems like a constant mantra, and now after fifteen years of this practice, there are days that I find I don’t need to say this as I am very aware of my words, thoughts and projections.

There are two other constants in my life: gratitude and kindness. I believe that you can’t be too kind to anyone. If, for example, you may not believe in giving money to someone on the streets, then send them blessings. Holding a door open or letting someone move in front of you while you’re driving brings one “energetic bonus points”.

I apologize for the redundancy, but gratitude really steers my ship. It helps to keep me happy, joyful and cheerful. It’s hard to be a grump when you’re grateful.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self is thrilled that we got it. Maybe not as soon as my younger self would have liked, but as the adage says, “Better late than never”.

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

As mentioned before, “Clear delete” is a constant in my life. When any relationship shifts in my life, I quote Bashar in stating, “A relationship is a relationship until it’s no longer a relationship”. This has helped me to be aware that people and situations come in and out of our lives for a purpose, and it’s not necessarily a rejection.

What is your biggest dream?

My dreams shift and change as new projects arise in my life. Right now, two of my biggest dreams are for the Global Consciousness Summit that my colleagues and I are in the midst of organizing to be a huge success, and that my podcast reaches hundreds of thousands of people and helps them.
