Reina Rose is an International Best Selling Author and host of the ROKU TV Show “Soul Nutrition”. She shares with readers and audiences alike the various ways of nourishing the soul. Digging deep into what truly satisfies the inner life.

Reina takes ancient wisdom and distills it into practical tools that modern audiences can easily implement. Covering topics from stress management and meditation to prayer and personal awareness, Reina leads her audiences on a journey towards personal and spiritual fulfillment.

Reina is also the author of Sin Tastes Good: Nourishing Your Soul in an Empty Calories World.

Sin Tastes Good takes readers on an inward journey to discovering their very souls. Comparing this path of self-discovery with the body’s need for healthy nourishment, STG reminds readers that the ancient concept of sin simply means to miss the mark. It may look like a bellyache full of sticky sweet candy or a behavior that leaves us feeling empty and aching. STG helps readers ask new questions and consider different answers in search of inner fulfillment.

I’m so excited for you to connect with Reina, check out her work and new book, and follow along as she continues to help others nourish their soul and to live a more satisfying life.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

My name is Reina Rose and I have been working on a book about connecting to God, self, and others to create a heaven on earth kind of life. It releases Thanksgiving 2020 and is called Sin Tastes Good: nourishing your soul in an empty calorie world.

How did you get started?

I got started when I had one of those epiphany moments where I felt moved to write this. From there, I spent the next three years praying every time I sat down to the computer that this content would bless people.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

I became inspired to write this book when I heard many people sitting around complaining about their circumstances, yet not taking any action to change them. Not realizing that the cause and effect of their current lifestyle was causing many of the problems they complained about. In Sin Tastes Good I address how we can create new habits to create a new life that we love.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is living a joy filled life. I call that a heaven on earth kind of life. I am absolutely living my passion.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

My joy blueprint is connecting with God, myself, and others. That looks like enjoying my quiet time alone and spending time in loving company with those I hold dear.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

I live intentionally by curating my alone time. I spend time in intentional silence, prayerful journaling, and meditative prayer.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self would probably be in awe of what I’m doing now. She would like that I am doing things on TV and speaking and writing books. She would probably appreciate is I incorporated a bit more music though.

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

The grass is always greener where you water it.

What is your biggest dream?

Living on a lake where I kayak everyday and write books that feed readers souls. Going out and speaking about those books, and then coming home to my little slice heaven to create more inspiring content.
