Robin Pinzone is the creative director and social branding expert behind REP Branding Co. - a social branding agency helping businesses and brands build a community online through effective social branding.

Since graduating college in 2009 with a degree in Psychology, Robin has been building and growing brands, from national and international brands such as Jim Beam, Absolut, and Red Bull, to more local businesses like the New England seacoast. Her educational background in Psychology has allowed her to work with clients to connect to their brands and their target clients on a deeper level. Robin’s specialty is in helping brands build an engaged and loyal community using social media. For Robin, creating a social community not just online, but in person, is where the magic in brand development happens.

Outside of working with local businesses and brands, Robin’s passion extends to her community. She organizes monthly women’s only networking nights, sits on the board of directors for a non-profit dedicated to making marketing training accessible, and she was recently chosen to head up the committee to bring more tourism to the New Hampshire beaches. In her down time, you can find Robin sipping Rosé, traveling the world, or just enjoying living on the beach with her two beautiful kiddos.

I’m so excited for you to learn more about Robin, the impact she’s having with REP Branding Co., and to follow along!

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

I am Robin Pinzone, a social branding expert! I help brands built a lifestyle community around their service or product. Currently I am working on helping people bring their inspiring ideas to life!

How did you get started?

I got my start working in the corporate beverage industry learning about sales, marketing, and the lifestyle that these beverage companies were portraying to the consumer. From there, I learned from some of the best brands in the world on how to market effectively to build communities around these products. 3 years ago, I decided to branch off on my own to help local businesses be able to create the same magic!

What inspired the work that you're doing?

I saw that there was such a disconnect between sales, marketing and branding and I knew that the key component in tying it all together was building a community. People buy products and services from those brands that they feel an emotional connection to. Using my degree in psychology, I have been able to effectively bridge the gap between these elements.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is bringing a strong energy into the community. Over the past 6 months I have been organizing and growing a female-focused networking group called, REP + Rosé. I have been able to bring women of all industries together to connect over business, food and rosé and I feel like it’s really powerful!

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

I feel the most alive when I am on a beach with my kiddos, soaking in the moment, and fully being present.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

I am a big believer in spirituality. It doesn’t have to be God, but I believe in being connected to something outside of yourself. I pray, use angle cards, work with a life coach + a spiritual coach, journal about my feelings, and honor the feelings of anxiety or stress that I am feeling. The biggest thing that I don’t do, is ignore my feelings. I am honest with myself and my feelings and have become confident in myself enough that I am able to acknowledge the power of my feelings and then make a plan to move forward.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self would never have guessed that this is the path that I am on now! Mainly because 20 years ago, social media, marketing, or branding, weren’t even things on my radar!

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

“Everything that I have now, is all I could ever need. And everything I have now, I never would have had if I didn’t leave my old life."

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to be living my life without fear or expectations and to be so fully grounded in my purpose that I can focus on doing more of the things that bring me joy. Like spending time with my kiddos, drinking rosé and sitting on the beach!
